Privacy Policy

Overview
DomainBrokerX (“we,” “us,” “our,” “the Platform”) is a domain brokerage platform operated by Prime Loyalty LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have, when you use DomainBrokerX or any brokerage storefront powered by DomainBrokerX.
This policy applies to:
- The DomainBrokerX marketing site (domainbrokerx.com)
- The DomainBrokerX platform application (app.domainbrokerx.com and brokerage custom domains powered by it)
- Brokerage administrators, staff, and their clients who use the platform
Information We Collect
Account information. When you or your organization sign up for DomainBrokerX, we collect information such as your name, email address, business name, and billing information.
Domain listing and transaction data. We collect information related to domain listings, inquiries, offers, and sales conducted through the platform.
Client information. Brokerages using the platform may collect and store information about their own clients, including names, email addresses, and communication history, in order to operate their domain brokerage business.
Communications. If you contact us or a brokerage through the platform, we collect the content of those communications in order to respond and to facilitate the brokerage's business.
Usage data. We automatically collect certain technical information, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to operate and improve the platform.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the platform
- Process transactions and facilitate communication between brokerages and their clients
- Send transactional notifications (such as new inquiries, offers, account activity, and password resets)
- Provide customer support
- Comply with legal obligations
Email Sending and Google API Services
DomainBrokerX allows brokerage administrators to connect a third-party email provider — including Google Workspace / Gmail, Brevo, or Amazon SES — to send automated, transactional notification emails on their brokerage's behalf (for example: new inquiry alerts, offer notifications, and account-related messages).
When a brokerage connects a Google account for this purpose, DomainBrokerX requests only the
narrowest permission necessary to send email on that account's behalf (the gmail.send
scope). DomainBrokerX does not request, read, store, or otherwise access the
contents of any connected Gmail inbox, contacts, or any other Google Workspace data beyond what
is strictly necessary to send the transactional emails the brokerage has configured.
DomainBrokerX's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We only use Google user data to provide or improve the specific feature the brokerage has enabled (sending transactional notification emails).
- We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have the user's affirmative consent, it is necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or for the platform's own internal operations, and even then only in aggregated and anonymized form.
- We do not sell, transfer, or share Google user data with third parties, except as necessary to provide the feature the brokerage has enabled, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice provided.
A brokerage may disconnect their Google account from DomainBrokerX at any time from their account settings, which immediately revokes DomainBrokerX's access.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate the platform (such as hosting, email delivery, and payment processing providers)
- Law enforcement or regulators, when required by law
- A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice provided
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Credentials, API keys, and OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the platform's services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. A brokerage may request deletion of their account and associated data, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements.
Your Choices
You may access, update, or request deletion of your information by contacting us using the information below. Brokerage administrators can disconnect any connected email provider at any time from Settings.
Children's Privacy
DomainBrokerX is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
